Judith Lee

Welcome! My name is Judith Lee, and I am a studied and certified Ayurvedic consultant. I have had the honor of learning directly from the world-renowned Ayurvedic physician, Dr. Vasant Lad, at The Ayurvedic Institute in Ashville, NC, under whose guidance I continue my advanced studies to become an Ayurvedic doctor.

Beyond my professional path, I am also the proud mother of six children. My journey into Ayurveda and holistic healing began as a mother’s devotion—spending my entire adult life learning about the beauty of the human body and the wisdom of ancient wellness practices to better nurture and raise my own family.

Today, I am both proud and excited to share this timeless knowledge with my community. Through Ayurveda, I strive to bring balance, vitality, and empowerment into the lives of those I serve, honoring the deep connection between body, mind, and spirit.
